FRASER WOOD AND THE CARE HE GIVES TO THE INSTALLATION PROCESS
I don’t look at my job as just installing equipment. I see it as helping to create an environment where a person can be cared for with increased comfort, safety and dignity.

Of course I know installations. But it’s more important that I get to know the needs and concerns of the people it will serve. After all, I’m temporarily invading their “home”, and they are likely to have some questions. I like to sit down and explain why we are there, what we are going to be doing, how long it is going to take and that we will clean up before we leave.

That way, I accomplish more than a good installation. I generally wind up with a relaxed patient/resident, and staff members that appreciate how their lives are going to be easier too. It doesn’t take a lot of extra time – and I can tell you, I work for a company where customer satisfaction will not be compromised.

Waverley Glen understands, as fully as I do, that we’re in an important people business. That’s why I’m proud to be part of the Waverley Glen team.
